Our reliable Staff is ready to transport the deceased to the Sanctuarium with utmost care. Corresponding charges will be made for retrieval beyond Metro Manila.

The Dignified and Professional Preparation of the Body
The Sanctuarium will provide modern preparation techniques and care for your loved one.

The Use of the Ceremonial Casket during the wake
A standard ceremonial or cremation-type casket  will be provided during the wake.
The casket will not be included in the cremation procedure.

The Use of the Vigil Chapel
Our Funeral packages come with comfortable chapels and family rooms and also include 24/7 service for your convenience.

The Modern Cremation service
The latest technology in cremation is environmentally friendly, fume free and take less than 90 minutes.

The Book-Type Urn  (Offered with Regular Vaults Only)
The standard metal book-type urn is designed exclusively to fit our columbarium vaults. It is moist and breakage resistant and is designed in consideration of Asian customs and tradition where other urns in the same vault will not have to be moved or touched.

The Documentation Assistance
The Sanctuarium Personnel will provide permits, death certificates, and other documents. A checklist of religious rituals will also be provided to the family.

Video Coverage Services (Offered with Regular Vaults Only)
We have professionals ready to provide video or photo coverage of the necrological services for a complete memorialization keepsake .

The Perpetual Care
The bereaved family need not worry about the maintenance dues of the vault.
The Sanctuarium Personnel will provide for the Perpetual Care of the vault at minimal cost.

The Certificate of Ownership
A Certificate of Ownership will be issued to the Vault Buyer upon full payment.
This will be the Vault Buyer’s proof of perpetual ownership to the vault.

The Credit Life Insurance
Sun Life Financial will compensate The Everliving Co. Inc with the balance of the contract price should the vault buyer passed away during the paying period. The grieving family need not worry about his arrears. However, the Vault Buyer is subject to the one year contestability period and the insurability clause mentioned in the contract.
